“We absolutely LOVE living here so far! After dealing with multiple delays on a new development we were supposed to move into, we were stressed and unsure where we were going to live. We reached out to Flatz 623, and they completely turned things around for us by helping us secure an apartment and move in the very next day. Lexi, the property manager, has been amazing from the start. She made the entire process smooth and welcoming, and every staff member we’ve met has been friendly, professional, and eager to help. The apartment itself has exceeded our expectations. The layout is spacious, modern, and makes the apartment feel comfortable and inviting from day one. The amenities are incredible, and our favorite is definitely the golf simulator! We also had a few minor maintenance items after moving in, and they were taken care of right away.
